The clarity of the legal rule is considered one of the most important foundations and principles on which legal security is based, through the formulation of the legal rule in a clear, comprehensible and unambiguous manner, so that the statements are meaningful and have direct and clear purpose, do not call for any room for interpretation or doubt, and the reader through which can understands and comprehend what s/he reads without tiredness.

The texts must be built clearly enough, and the formulations should be unambiguous, in order to protect and immunize legal persons from interpretation contrary to the legal text or from the risks of arbitrariness.
