Through this study, we dealt with the issue of administrative training and its role in developing the capabilities of the public employee.

This topic is important in controlling the scientific methodology to prepare effective and efficient training programs.

Based on the above, we raised the following problem: How does the training process contribute to developing the capabilities of the public employee? The results of the research indicated that adherence to the training methodology enables the development of the level of knowledge; skills; behaviors; it contributes to the development of job performance.
