This study aimed to identify the Role of information and communication technology in achieving job satisfaction within sports bodies.

The field study was conducted in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Tebessa This is done by following the descriptive approach and by using the questionnaire and analyzing it by employing the statistical packages program spss26A set of results has been reached, the most important of which is that information and communication technology is an important and effective element in achieving job satisfaction among workers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of Tebessa in particular, and the sports entities in the Tebessa Governorate.
