This study aims to highlight the role of public relations in promoting the concept of ecotourism, as one of the most important modern concepts related to tourism in general, where we noted the near complete neglect of the active role posed by public relations in the field of tourism by the bodies responsible for the tourism sector in general in Algeria, which affected tourism returns in light of the urgent need posed by this vital sector in order to promote the national economy.
