Corruption is an ancient phenomenon known to mankind over time, and it was the main factor in the collapse and fall of civilizations and empires, as interest in this phenomenon has increased in recent times and its presence is not limited to a society or a country, but has become a major part of societies and forms a part It is integral to the lives of individuals and their daily practices to the extent that they are convinced of the legitimacy of the actions they perform and their necessity to meet their individual needs.

Given the extent of the rampant phenomenon of corruption in public administrations in Algeria, it was able to find solutions to this phenomenon, which is alien to our society, so it developed deterrent legal mechanisms and institutions to reduce it and reduce its effects.
