تعتبر المنافسة هي أحسن وسيلة تفطنت إليها الدول بما فيها الجزائر لتنمية إقتصادها عن طريق خلق روح التنافس بين المتعاملين الاقتصاديين العاملين داخل السوق الجزائرية، و لا يتحقق لها ذلك إلا من خلال تبني التشريعات تعتبر ترقية لفكرة المنافسة وحمايتها من المعوقات التي قد تعترضها أثناء ممارسة المتعملين الاقتصاديين لنشاطهم داخل السوق، و يكون ذلك من خلال حظر الممارسات المنافية للمنافسة عن طريق تجريمها في قانون المنافسة.
Abstract EN
Competition is a human behavior and a social phenomenon that pushes a person to want to excel over others, and by which he seeks to satisfy his social needs.
It pushes all economic operators to search for the best goods it offers to the consumer.
Competition is a boost to purchasing power, leads to greater choice of goods and more attractive services, and contributes to innovation, competitiveness and growth.
The Algerian legislator has recognized competition and attached particular importance to it.
