Abstract EN

This research aims to study the institution of private school in Algeria, especially in the absence of related research as well as a wide ignorance of its different mechanisms that could enable the identification of most prominent issues, advantages and disadvantages; this research will hence take into consideration what is now known about this institution as well as media point of view.

in fact academic research will contribute in current and future vision of public and private schools and their potential cooperation within a community service framework based on innovation and development.

since private school is considered as a pioneer and an important institution providing appropriate education that keeps pace with international changes especially from an informational point of view which will eventually give this type of institution legitimacy and supremacy over the public school, it remains an educational innovation creating a distinguished elite that can be generalized if it is subject to specific standards and mechanisms, particularly if it is not based exclusively in certain areas, or considered as an economic investment looking for material interest only.
