Abstract EN

The study aimed to introduce a proposed model of the role of innovation support at Jeddah Municipality, as it has aimed to recognize the difficulties facing the use of knowledge management in innovation support at Jeddah Municipality, and recognizing the methods and suggestions that increases the role of knowledge management in innovation support at Jeddah Municipality.

The study has used Survey method and Focus group method, and A questionnaire was used for data collection.

The study has concluded a number of results including: Accruing of difficulties facing the use of knowledge management in innovation support at Jeddah Municipality, on an Arithmetic average of (3.97) and an approval rate (agree).

The Accruing os methods and suggestions that increases the role of knowledge management in innovation support at Jeddah Municipality, on an Arithmetic average of (4.15) and an approval rate (agree).

The study has presented a number of recommendations including: Create an organizational unit specialized in knowledge management that is responsible for the implementation of knowledge management and coordinating the efforts in this field.

and to build the proposed model of the role of knowledge management in innovation support at Jeddah Municipality.
