Abstract EN

This study observes the role of Sharia Objectives in emerging issues, did it have a role in the inference and enactment of judgments or just to be considered, To reach that goal, there has been many fatwas discussed in this research, focusing on the role of Sharia Objectives in legislating these legal rulings, at the beginning it started with a theoretical interpretation to clarify the meaning of the role of Sharia Objectives in legislation, unfolding the order of the five essentials in practical application, finally it displayed models for worshiping fatwas during the spread of Corona epidemic focusing on the role of Sharia Objectives in legislation, and the extent of its effect on inference for these emerging issues.

The study determined many conclusions, most importantly that Sharia Objectives had a major role in inference in these fatwas and in narrowing the discord.
