من آراء عبد الرحمن أيوب في كتابه (دراسات نقدية في النحو العربي)‎ : دراسة في التصور النحوي

Abstract EN

This research is entitled "From Abdel-Rahman Ayoob's Views in his Book Critical Studies on the Arabic Syntax".

It aims at discussing his views in that book in which he criticized the old Arabic syntacticians' way of thinking and criticized many of their views.

The researcher tried to show whether Abdel-Rahman's criticism was true and consistent and whether he took into consideration the old syntactic concept, which produced these criticized views.

The researcher concluded that Adel-Rahman neglected completely that old syntactic concept and consequently he neglected the knowledge context in which these views were produced.

Thus, he lost the scientific objectivity as well as consistency.

His views lack the consistency, which is available in the views he criticized.
