Abstract EN

This manuscript deals with a subject that has not been independently dealt with in the jurisprudential books The author uniquely collcctcd all the scattered It is important because it deals with competing that happens between two intentions of fasting and related provisions.

The author also discussed other issues related to it, such as ٠١٠ issue offasting on 9th and 11th of Muharram and the issue of the night of power as well as the issue of combining fasting on those special days and compensating for the missed days of Ramadan.

He presented these and other issues finalizing the area of dispute betw'cen the texts of Sharia and the narrations of the scholars of the sect and the sayings of its Urisprudents.

After verifying the manuscript and documenting it belongs to the author and comparing it among the copies available to us.

we proceeded to verifying it adopting the method of the chosen text to reach the closest picture of the book as the author wanted it to be as shown in the research plan.

We ended up our investigating with a conclusion that included the results of the investigation and we also provided an index of sources and references.
