Abstract EN

The research aims to investigate the qualities that must be available in a university professor through the use of the factor analysis and to investigate their impact on the students' achievement from the students' perspective.

The study samples were chosen from the students of the Administrative Sciences College, Aden University.

To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach.

The results of the analysis confirmed the necessity of preparing and qualifying the university professor through internal and external educational courses in order to provide him with the appropriate qualities to elevate him among his students and raise his rank.
