Abstract EN

This study aims to address the psychological impact of ill-considered administrative decisions on employees, which in turn negatively affects the pace of work and how we can reduce such decisions and work to motivate employees and create a work environment that has a positive impact on the psychology of employees.

The office survey descriptive approach was used, which studies and analyzes a phenomenon to reach the results of achieving the research objectives.

These objectives are as follows: 1- Knowing the concept of management.

2- Knowing how the administrative decision affects the employee’s psychology 3- Knowing the procedures that can motivate the employee to work 4- The importance of participating in decision-making The study came up with the following results: 1- Lack of work compatibility generates pressures and influences that may cause some neurological diseases to bad relationship between workers and individuals.

2- Choosing the unsuitable person for a certain job may affect the psychology of the worker and the work, thus creating a feeling of job dissatisfaction.

3- Administrative empowerment and the application of the justice system in disbursing incentives and promotions may help to work openly and create trust among workers.

4- Participation in decision-making creates a class of workers who have the competence and the ability to assume work responsibilities.

5- Working to create a safe and healthy work environment in the organization may avoid many financial losses.
