Abstract EN

There is an increase on the demand and interest in participatory democracy with the transformations which the communities encounter at all levels, it necessitates the involvement of all the active components of society which have to ensure a cooperative and complementary work between each other, because there will be no development without a cooperative democracy, and this latter makes this development shared effectively.

In Algeria, the interest on participatory democracy has greatly increased for the sake of new active participants, especially the group act which becomes very important in the local development.

And the civil society confirms its relevance due to its concrete realization in the local communities.

In addition, it reflects the citizens issues, and it has largely spread all over the nation.
