Through this study, we tried to know the public relations and the vital role that the public relations expert plays in the organization through the various activities that he performs at the level of the organization's internal and external environment, and the importance of its permanent presence in the organization, as well as knowing the pivotal role played by the human resource in the organization and the importance of investing in it, in order to reach this human resource to believe in the philosophy and policies of the organization and make it a defender and supporter of it, with the need for the organization's leadership to believe in the importance of public relations.

In the end, we came to the need for an effective public relations department that works to invest in the human resource of the organization, as it is the most important resource for building, stability, continuity and success of the organization.
