the digital environment poses a great danger to this type of intellectual property rights because it provides many means in facilitating illegal access to these works, which has led to the acceleration of international cooperation steps in order to provide adequate protection for these works from attacks on them, as the trade related aspects agreement one of the intellectual property rights trips that introduced computer programs and databases for the first time within the scope of international protection, but this protection was not sufficient, which called for the world intellectual property organization WIPO to conclude the first and second internet agreements of 1996.
