This discussion aims to reveal the relationship between the sound performance of the comma and its reflection through what is engraved in the recipient's mind of semantic suggestion in the Qur'anic readings, where this relationship is formed in the Qur'anic comma through the reader's choice of one of the frequent readings and its performance; Either by (fatha), reducing, or tilting, which eventually generates indications stemming from the fluctuation between short and long sounds that would cause changes in the form and content of the words, as the reader tends with (the fatha) to (the kasra), and with ( Alif) towards (ya'); He recites it on the tilt, or reduces it, or keeps it as it is on the opening according to its frequency.

This multiplicity of readings often causes a difference in the nature of the semantic perception of it, leaving the recipient with a mental impression through which he perceives a body, or a specific movement that is not engraved in his mind when reading it on another face.

Research on this idea starts from two premises: The commas that can be tilted are required to be of meaning that can vary in its realization, otherwise only one case of vocal performance is required.

Testing these multiple performances on modern audio devices shows a clear difference in their reading between one performance and the other, which simulates the human mind's reception of it.
