نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى الكشف عن مدى تأثير حدث التقاعد على صحة رب الأسرة المتقاعد في الجزائر و هذا بالاعتماد على قاعدة بيانات المسح العنقودي الرابع المتعدد المؤشرات (MICS 4)، حيث نسعى إلى إبراز تأثير أهم العوامل الاجتماعية و الديمغرافية لأرباب الأسر المتقاعدين على وضعيتهم الصحية و المتمثلة أساسا في مدى معاناتهم من أحد الأمراض المزمنة على الأقل.
وقد أثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية معنوية بين الوضع الصحي لأرباب الأسر المتقاعدين (الإصابة بأحد الأمراض المزمنة) و خصائصهم السوسيو- ديمغرافية المتمثلة في السن، الجنس، المستوى المعيشي، منطقة الإقامة و المستوى التعليمي.
كما أثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية معنوية بين الوضع الصحي لأرباب الأسر المتقاعدين و أرباب الأسر الذين يمارسون نشاطا اقتصاديا، فنسبة الإصابة بالأمراض المزمنة لدى أرباب الأسر المتقاعدين، أكثر من أرباب الأسر النشطين في الفئة العمرية (60-79 سنة)، خاصة فيما يتعلق بمرض الضغط الدموي و أمراض أوعية القلب
Abstract EN
The objective of this research is to study the impact of retirement on the health of the retired head of household in Algeria, from the MICS 4 database.
Where we seek to highlight the impact of the major social and demographic factors of retired head of household on their health status, including at least one of the chronic diseases.
The results also demonstrated significant relationships between the health status of retired household heads with chronic illnesses and their socio-demographic characteristics: age, sex, standard of living, place of residence and educational attainment.
It has also been shown that there is a significant relationship between the health status of retired household heads and heads of households engaged in economic activity: the percentage of chronic disease among heads of households pensioners whose age range varies between (60-79 years) is higher than that of active household heads, particularly with regard to blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases.

L'objectif de cette recherche est d'étudier l'impact de la retraite sur la santé du chef de ménage retraité en Algérie, et ce à partir de la base de données MICS 4.
Où nous cherchons à mettre en évidence l'impact des principaux facteurs sociaux et démographiques des chefs de ménages retraités sur leur état de santé, notamment l'atteinte d'au moins une des maladies chroniques.
Les résultats ont démontré aussi, des relations significatives entre l'état de santé des chefs de ménages retraités victimes de maladies chroniques, et leurs caractéristiques sociodémographiques à savoir: âge, sexe, niveau de vie, lieu de résidence et le niveau d'instruction.
Il a été également démontré l'existence des relations significatives entre l'état de santé des chefs de ménage retraités et les chefs de ménages qui exercent une activité économique: le pourcentage de l'atteinte d'une maladie chronique chez les chefs de ménage retraités dont la tranche d'âge variée entre (60-79 ans) est supérieur à celui des chefs de ménage actifs, notamment en ce qui concerne la tension artérielle et les maladies cardiovasculaires.
