Abstract EN

All countries have benefited from the developments, experiences and progress reached by business administration, especially after the industrial revolution, and there is no doubt that the Algerian administration is also trying to keep pace with progress and adapt to the changes taking place in the world.

Its willingness to carry out the process of change by enlisting all the material and human capabilities to advance a solid and solid base with which it achieves many of the desired goals.

We have concluded in this study that the issue of organizational change is one of the important and strategic issues that help the continuity and mobility of the institutions of the economic sector.

By taking into account a set of dimensions (social, human, material and technological)
