تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على رحلة التحول الرقمي في القطاعات الحكومية الجزائرية، تحديدا قطاع العدالة باعتباره أحد القطاعات الحساسة و دعامة أساسية في دولة الحق و القانون، من خلال معرفة ما تحقق حاليا من تجارب على أرض الواقع و ما سيجسد مستقبلا من مشاريع، استهدافا و تحقيقا لعدالة رقمية (E-justice)، من خلال دراسة و معرفة الاستراتيجية الرقمية المتبعة
Abstract EN
The aim of this paper is to highlight the journey of digital transformation in the Algerian government sectors, specifically the justice sector, as one of the most sensitive sectors and a pillar of the state of law, by exploring of the current experiences and the future projects, targeting and achieving digital justice (E-justice), and by studying and identifying the used digital strategy.
