We aim through this study to evaluate the performance of the health institution based on the balanced scorecard model, as it is rational, effective and dynamic model with regard to decision-making, better management and follow-up of programs.

through this study, we reached the following results: financial and economic results are a condition for sustainability and not the main goal of the health institution, and the focus of the balanced scorecard model in health of the patient, which is the central axis through which the model that contributes to improving the performance of the health institution through its support for the implementation of the strategy.
