Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the correlation between psychological alienation and self-esteem among students as well as to identify the level of psychological alienation among students.

The descriptive method was used.

To collect the data, two measures were used: the psychological alienation scale prepared by Hani Abu Amra and the Rosenberg Scale (1965) for self-esteem.

The sample consisted of 130 students from the Department of Psychology at Blida University 2.

The study also reached the following results: - There is a negative correlation between psychological alienation and self-esteem among students.

- The level of psychological alienation among students is high.
