تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تصميم أداة تقيس استجابة "الاحتراق النفسي" لدى المعلمين؛ و التأكد من مدى ملاءمتها لما أعدت له.
و لتحقيق أهداف البحث تبنى الباحثين المنهج "الوصفي التحليلي"، مستعينين ببعض أدوات جمع البيانات كالملاحظة و المقابلة العيادية، في حين تمثلت أداة البحث الأساسية في مقياس "الاحتراق النفسي"؛ المعد من قبل الباحثين وفق الإجراءات الموصى بها.
و على إثر تعديل صورته الأولية وفقا لآراء السادة المحكمين استقر على (40) بندا تندرج تحت (5) محاور.
وقد أوضحت نتائج المعالجات الإحصائية لمعاملات صدقه وثباته أنه يتمتع بخصائص سيكومترية جيدة؛ تجعله صالحا للاستخدام كأداة تقيس استجابة الاحتراق النفسي لدى فئة المعلمين وتمكننا من الوثوق في نتائجه.

Abstract EN
This study aimed at designing an instrument to measure psychological burnout among teachers and verify its suitability.
To achieve study goals the researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach, using some data collection tools such as observation and clinical interview, also The suggested burnout scale composed with (40) statements that fall under (5) axes.
The results of statistical treatments of validity and reliability coefficients showed that the scale has good psychometric properties, which make it valid for estimating burnout reaction among teachers; and its results can be trusted.
