The study aimed to reveal the predictive ability of the dimensions of positive psychological capital at the level of entrepreneurship among university students, the study sample consisted of 143 students from the University of Algiers2.

The study relied on the descriptive method and used the positive psychological capital scale prepared by (Luthans & all, 2007), and the entrepreneurial spirit questionnaire prepared by (Lafkir, 2017).

The results of the study indicated a high level of positive psychological capital and of entrepreneurship among the study sample, and also confirmed the existence of direct statistically significant correlations and also confirmed the presence of a predictive ability of positive psychological capital by 50.
