Abstract EN

This study came in order to shed light on two components of the personality of the employee, and two important elements of the elements of the human factor, which is considered as the productive engine within the organization, namely work values, and self-esteem of the Algerian employee.

the relationship between work values and self-esteem of the employee at Sonatrach was studied.

the sample consisted of 52 participants.

the work values scale with its eight dimensions was used, as well as the self-esteem scale, and the study concluded that there is a correlation between all dimensions of work values, except for the dimension of external communication values, as well as the moral values of employees.
