The research highlights the restriction of the purposes and the practical classification with the advanced and the latecomers, this restriction is certain and it has been recognized by the legislators since the beginning of taxonomy in the religious knowledge and the disagreement on its classification has a big impact on jurisprudence applications; the classification of Alghazali is more favored than the classification of al-Amidi and the ence of authorship in ' purposes' is a sign that, for them, they are well recognized and are, therefore, beyond any definition or taxonomy.

This study exposes the efforts made by scholars in order to define the problem where compatibility among them is the most dominant, besides, all the sects agree on the proportionality in the classification of the five necessities in general.

It is possible that the consideration of knowledge of purposes by scholars as a reason for the hardworking and not a condition is another factor for the ence of authorship and stating all the terms of this firm science and knowledge.
