This study aims to clarify the social position of women in the Qur'anic discourse and compare it with the Algerian reality, through the following points: the first social function of women, the right to education and work, the right to property and disposal, and not having to spend.

The study method was comparative, and that, of course, only after description and analysis, and the most important result of the study was: The position of women in the Qur'anic discourse lies in her function, which is the production and upbringing of the good human element by which societies are reformed and civilized, and the Algerian reality confirms this and does not contradict it.
