Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the major problems and obstacles strategy distance learning among faculty members own point of view to answer these questions and, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, we use the descriptive analytical method level tabulation studies and we use questionnaire of obstacles to strategy distance learning, the sample of the study (80) teachers university from faculty of human sciences and social sciences at TiziOuzou university was selected randomly, to answer the study questions and test hypotheses.

the percentages, arithmetic averages, and (t) test were relied upon.

as a result this study revealed that: there are obstacles to the distance learning strategy of university faculty members, as most of the study sample responded in agreement with the obstacles contained in the study tool.

the material and administrative obstacles are more severe than the personal and related obstacles to distance learning itself among university faculty members.

there are no statistically significant differences in the barriers to distance learning for faculty members related to academic rank.

based on the results of the study, a set of recommendations was produced.
