Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the most important determinants of the morbidity indicator among children less than five in Algeria, especially fever, diarrhea and respiratory diseases, through quantitative and qualitative analysis using logistic regression using the sixth multiple indicator cluster survey database in 2019.

the analytical results showed that one of the most important determinants of morbidity in children under five years old is related to the child, the mother, the surrounding environment, lifestyle within the family, housing characteristics and hygienic behavior.
