through a theoretical framework that explains most important theoretical assumptions of the topic of «human relations»: nature and importance.

the study founded the differences in points of views between trends which examined the topic of «human relations» whence focus style and topical treatment.

the study focuses as well as in the development of «human relations» school since it was founded by Alton Mayou, then its transition from the founders classical framework to a modern trend that keeps always community study as a general framework in addition of new and more dynamic aspects which led to new concepts such as social interaction and involvement as many others concepts and assumptions.
