لم يدرج الكسكسي سنة 2020 ضمن قائمة التراث الثقافي غير المادي العالمي لدى منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو) من العدم، وإنما لمكانته الأزلية لذي الجزائريين على غرار كل دول المغرب العربي في أفراحهم وأحزانهم وحتى بدونها، لدرجة أصبح اليوم يمثل مورد رزق كصناعة غذائية تقليدية منزلية متوارثة لكثير من العائلات، بحيث تقمن النسوة اللواتي توارثن هذا التقليد عن الأجداد بصنعه وبيعه للمحلات أو حسب الطلبيات من باب الاسترزاق سبيلا لكسب لقمة العيش.
وهو ما نبحث فيه.
Abstract EN
Couscous was not included in the year 2020 in the list of the world intangible cultural heritage by the UNESCO from nothing, but because of its eternal position among the Algerians, like all the countries of the Maghreb, in their joys and sorrows and even without them.
to the extent that today it represents a source of livelihood as a traditional home food industry inherited by many families, so that the women who inherited this tradition from their ancestors make it and sell it to shops or according to orders as a way to earn a living.
which is what we are looking for.

Le couscous n'a pas été inscrit en l'année 2020 sur la liste du patrimoine culturel immatériel mondial de l'UNESCO de nulle part, mais en raison de son statut éternel chez les algériens, comme tous les pays du Maghreb, dans leurs joies et leurs peines et même sans eux, dans la mesure où elle représente aujourd'hui une source de subsistance.
en tant qu'industrie alimentaire familiale traditionnelle héritée de nombreuses familles, si bien que les femmes qui ont hérité cette tradition de leurs ancêtres fabriquent et le vendre aux magasins ou selon les commandes comme moyen de gagner sa vie.
c'est ce que nous recherchons.
