Abstract EN

This study aims first to clarify the part played by financial intermediation in the dynamism and the vitality of financial stock markets by addressing to various theoretical aspects of financial intermediation and value's exchange transferred in Algeria then to analyse the relationshipbetweenthem.

Knowing that the exchange of movable values is one of the most important factors in the promotion of financial investment that's why it was subjected to several laws and regulations such us the use of a financial intermediatee for all operations of sale or purchase within financial bills.

The studyproducedseveralfindings, the most important is that financialintermediationcontributesto reducing the risks of financialmarketsby giving a warranty to protect investors.

Italsoprovidesthemwith the necessary information and contributespositively to economicgrowth by transformingsavingsinvestment.
