تعتبر اتفاقية سيداو من أهم الاتفاقيات الدولية وأخطرها على الإطلاق، كيف لا وهي من ولجت أدق التفاصيل المتعلقة بالعلاقات التي ضبطتها قوانين الأسرة العربية.
ولقد تأثر قانون الأسرة الجزائري بهذه الاتفاقية، في الكثير من المواد القانونية المنظمة لأحوال الجزائريين الشخصية، خاصة ما يتعلق بالولاية في الزواج بصفة عامة، ومسألة زواج الرشيدة بصفة خاصة.
Abstract EN
The CEDAW agreement is considered one of the most important woman international agreements and the most dangerous of them at all.
how and why did it enter into the smallest details regarding the relations that were set by the Arab family laws.
the Algerian family law has been affected by this agreement, in many legal articles regulating the personal status of Algerians, especially with regard to guardianship in marriage in general, and the issue of rational marriage in particular.
