The method of leakage is among the most important methods for investigating exchanges crimes, whose scope has expanded at the present time, and has become a real threat to the state's economy, therefore the Algerian legislator, aware of the seriousness of this crime, has developed these techniques for searching for serious crimes, in order to facilitate the process of collecting evidence related to them and arresting their perpetrators.
