The French constitutional founder was credited with setting up for the first time a new constitutional model known as the authority to amend laws in the French constitution issued on October 04, 1958, crowning it as an essential pillar in the legislative process, by making it occupy an important constitutional position thanks to its reliance on the idea of power and not on an idea right.

the Algerian legislator deliberately adopted the authority to amend laws influenced by the French constitutional culture, as he made its practice divided into two sides, the legislative institution and the executive institution, giving priority to the latter, by giving it sufficient legal and constitutional means and mechanisms to ensure it has control of the amendment activity and penetration into the heart of the legislative process, to reach its aim is to fully capture the revisionist activity and, therefore, the entire legislative activity.
