Eco-tourism activity is considered a source of income for many economies of the world, and this is as a result of its association with many service activities that help create many job opportunities that are able to eliminate unemployment on this one hand, and on the other hand, ecotourism can play its primary role in preserving environment by consolidating this culture through sustainable development practices.

and because Algeria was still that eco-tourism destination par excellence, the Algerian legislator must work on balancing the need to go to eco-tourism activity that has a direct relationship to sustainable development, while also confronting its negatives by laying foundations and controls that help organize and frame it.
