The goal behind the completion of this research is to open or pave the way for the student or researcher in the field of administrative organization through a brief presentation of the legal personality, which is the main pillar in the path and administrative organization, because the administrative authority cannot directly and carry out its work and functions only through the administrative person (legal person).

the article also deals with the basis and legal qualification of the legal personality, the distinction between the types of the legal person, as well as the consequences of the birth or acquisition of the status of the legal person, and the effects resulting from the end and demise of the legal person.

it should be noted that the article also included the position of the Algerian legislator regarding the legal and theoretical basis of the legal personality on which he relied in adapting the latter.
