The family judge seeks to protect the interests of minors, which shall give him the power to rationalize the minor to act freely with his money, moving directly from the non-rationalization stage to a new stage in which his authorized conduct is valid.

however, the minor remains under the supervision of the judge who can limit or even withdraw such authorization if it is proven to be detrimental to the financial interests of the minor.

the law also gives the judge the power to rationalize a minor for marriage, thereby qualifying him / her to conclude a marriage contract following its legal effects.

the law granted him the right to litigation concerning the rights and obligations of such marriage.

in both cases of rationalization, the judge is making an effort to assess conditions and interest fulfillment since his regulation in the family law lacked detail and precision, as each type was allocated a single provision that was not sufficient to accommodate a sensitive and dangerous issue such as rationalization.
