Man has always exploited the resources offered by his natural environment in a restricted and controlled manner.

however, the pace of scientific and technological development could eventually compromise or even drain or destroy them.

indeed, the unbridled exploitation of the resources necessary for development, as well as the recklessness characterizing their use, threaten the sustainability of these resources.

today, and thanks to a considerable rise in awareness, we are beginning to denounce these practices, and to emphasize the urgency of taking action to rationalize the use of non-renewable resources, in order to bequeath them to future generations.

from there emerge the challenges that humanity should face, including those for which it is held responsible (population growth, armed conflicts, pollution, etc.) and those that go beyond its control (cataclysms and natural disasters, desertification, floods, poverty, etc.).

this is what we will focus on in this article.
