The issue of human trafficking is of great importance at the international and national levels, as it is a criminal phenomenon that has escalated in recent years and has affected a large group of society, especially children, women and the vulnerable.

this study aims to clarify the most important international and national legal mechanisms and means to combat this crime and put an end to the repercussions of this phenomenon, through the conclusion of a number of international agreements, whether those devoted to human rights in general and opposing any infringement of freedom, or those specialized in the subject of human trafficking and aimed at preventing, suppressing and punishing it, and working to activate international efforts in order to take any measures that would devote international cooperation to combat this criminal act.
