In this research, we shed light on the legal controls on women’s work, and the mechanisms that give and specifically cover them with basic positive legislation, beginning with the constitution as the ideal framework for strengthening the ties of national relations, including family and professional, and to identify the differences made by labor law 11-09 and the basic general law for public service 06-03 in extending protection and facilitation in their texts and sectors to married working women and the extent to which they take into account their natural and physiological peculiarities and the duality of their roles, and the amount of confidence and security they enjoy in their daily functional practices.
