يشهد العالم تزايد كبيرا لجريمة تبييض الأموال نتيجة تغير الأعمال المصرفية من النمط التقليدي إلى النمط الرقمي ووجود بيئة تجارية تتجاوز حدود الدولة الواحدة وما خلفه ذلك من أثار سلبية على اقتصاديات الدول خاصة مع القصور التشريعي المجابه لهذا النوع من الجرائم.

As a result of the change of banking business from the traditional to the digital mode, there is a significant increase in money laundering crime around the world, in addition to the electronic trading environment that transcends the borders of the state which has negative effects on the economies of countries.
