Through this research paper, we will try to address information technology as a new tool in the economy, and the mechanisms for improving and activating internal institutional communication by shedding light on its effects on productivity at various levels, and what are the effects of its application on Algerian economic institutions.

Through the current hypothesis that the new economy - the knowledge-based economy - linked to the introduction of modern information technology and the activation of internal communication is among the most important things that can lead to economic growth and a sustainable increase in productivity.
