Abstract EN

This study aimed to verify the role of the psychological contract in enhancing psychological well-being in Alpha Pipe Company in the state of Ghardaia, and the descriptive approach was followed in that, as this study was conducted on a sample of 100 workers.

A set of questionnaires were distributed to them, from which 80 were extracted, valid for study and analysis, and the data were processed through the (Spss v28) program.

The results of the study consisted of a statistically significant effect of the psychological contract on psychological well-being, the presence of a statistically significant effect of the relational dimension on psychological well-being, and the ence of a statistically significant effect on the dimensions of balance and transition on psychological well-being in Alpha Pipe Company in the state of Ghardaia.
