Abstract EN

This study aimed to illustrate the role of training in improving doctors' performance in Abdelhafid Boudjemaa hospital institution in Constantine.

We use the descriptive approach on in the theoretical aspect and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which was distributed to a sample of 50 individuals in a random sampling method.

The study reached a number of results, the most important is the existence of a positive relationship between training and improving the doctors performance at an average level in the institution under study.
