Abstract EN

The Algerian city has received the attention of the higher authorities in the country and this since the beginning of the new reforms related to the preparation of the region, sustainable development and the environment, as well as the laws on regional groups and urban planning in an attempt to improve the image of the Algerian city.

In 2006, Law 06-06 was enacted that included the directive law for the city, which is the first law that primarily cares about it, defining the most important principles and objectives envisaged by this new policy, but despite this legal framework for the city, our cities are still suffering on all levels, which calls for the matter.

Alarming and thinking more seriously about the reality of our cities today.
