The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of visual arts programs in developing the personal skills and talents of people of determination.

the study also aimed to identify the relationship between visual arts programs and developing personal skills.

the study relied on the semi-experimental approach.

Dalma school in the united Arab emirates, the number of which reached 15 individuals, and to verify the objectives and hypotheses of the study, the two researchers prepared two tools, which are the personal skills scale and a diagnostic test, prepared by the two researchers.

the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the study sample students in the pre-and post-application of the diagnostic test of personality skills for people of determination in favor of the post-application, where the value of "t" was (17.11), there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the study sample students in the pre-application and post-application of the cognitive dissonance scale in favor of the post application, where the value of "t" was (4.32).
