The aim of the research is to identify the psychological skills that contribute to learning the accuracy of shooting among handball juniors in some middle school schools in the State of Kuwait.

The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research.

Using the psychological skills scale, and a test measuring the skill of shooting accuracy, a pilot experiment was conducted on a sample of (10) youth who were chosen by random method, then the basic study was applied to the research sample of handball junior students in the intermediate stage in some schools in the State of Kuwait, and their number is (80).
