This research aims to identify the relationship between concentration of attention and decision-making among the refrees of the Alexandria zone for handball, The researcher used the descriptive method for its relevance to the nature of the research on a sample of (77) refrees of different grades in the Alexandria handball zone, Among the research tools are the concentration of attention scale and the decision-making scale for applying to the refrees in the research sample, and one of the most important results is the presence of statistically significant differences between the scores of the judges in each of the measures of concentration of attention and decision-making, And there is a statistically significant relationship between the two scales for all degrees of referees, and there were more influential statements in decision-making than others, and the researcher recommends the need to pay attention to the psychological preparation of handball referees as one of the important factors for the success of the administrative and technical system for handball, and adding psychological assessment tests For referees in the periodic tests of the Egyptian Handball Federation.
