Abstract EN

The present study aims to shed light on the relationship between the revealed Juristic deduction and the jurisprudence of the divine laws procedures in the Holy Qur’an through the application of this understanding in realizing the reality of the ordinance at its multiple levels, the addressee’s situation, the discourse environment, and the conditions of facts and developments, according to scientific foundations that combine divine customary procedures and balance the human intellectual, for the reason that the most important foundations of the revelation process is the correct understanding of the subject and place of the ruling, in order to achieve agreement between the legal intent and the process of applying the legal rulings.

Based on the aforementioned, this study belongs to the systematic fundamental studies, which address the problems of revelation according to multiple visions, including the Sunni orientation, which emphasizes the necessity of starting from divine customary procedures and legal returns in achieving the compatibility between the legislative system and the reality of the authorized persons.
